Hi Everyone!

2 blog posts in one day!  Must be the weather!

I took Roxy, Cassidy, and their friend Max, to the Hemlock Trail today.  What a gorgeous day!!!  We all enjoyed the beautiful weather and I, of course, enjoyed taking some snaps of my three favorite dogs.  Max belongs to our friend Matt.  Pete and I adore Max and we could not possibly love  more!

Here are a few images from our time on the trail.  My girls always hog the spotlight, therefore, this series is more about their friend Max!

Enjoy the nice weather!

Much love,
t.

YEAH! We love the trail!

Friendship + Oregon vacation = Happiness!

Hi Everyone!

Last week I went to Salem, Oregon to visit my amazing friend, Jodi.  Oregon is beyond beautiful!  The air is so fresh and the pine tress stretch as far as the eye can see.  Several of the tress are coated in brilliant green moss and I love moss! We went all over, including: the Oregon Coast, Multnomah Falls, and Silver Fall State Park.     Did you know that the major exports of Oregon are: pears, onions, hazelnuts, blueberries and Christmas trees.  Oregon is also home to some of the most amazing chocolate I have ever had: Moonstruck Chocolate, YUM!  I had an incredible time and cannot wait to go back!

Oregon also provided the opportunity for landscape photography.  Normally, I photograph people and animals, so this was a new experience for me that I enjoyed very much!

Happy Wednesday!!!!

Much love,
t.

Cori & Kevin: Saratoga engagement session

Happy Monday!

I had a great time photographing Cori & Kevin’s engagement session this past Fall.   I first met Cori in 2008, when I photographed her sister, Amanda’s wedding.  I was thrilled when she called me last summer and asked me to photograph her  2010 wedding!

We met up for their engagement session at her family’s farm.  Chinook the horse and the chickens got in on the engagement session and we could not stop laughing! I especially love the first series of images with Chinook the horse.  He is such a gentle guy!

The Ripley family are wonderful people and I can’t wait for Cori and Kevin’s July wedding!

Cori & Kevin: “July will be here before you know it!  See you soon!”

Much love,
t.

Happy Sunday!

This past November I met up with Stephanie & Andrew in Schenectady for their engagement session.  We had an usually warm day and explored the Stockade District creating images.  After that, we headed over to  Proctor’s.   I love it when couples think outside  the box and make their engagement session unique to them!

Side note:  Andrew is a professional bagpiper.  So if your looking for a bagpiper for your wedding, Andrew is your guy! Check him out at C Natural Music

Stephanie & Andrew:  “Looking forward to your Fall wedding!”

Much love,
t.

These photos are just drop dead gorgeous. They look like captured moments, not posed photos. Just beautiful.
