My Dad is such an amazing man:  stoic, intelligent, supportive, generous, and kind.  I have always been able to count on my Dad, he has always been there for me. Until I met Pete, my Dad was the only man I could count on in my life.  That sense of security  and trust means so much.  I would not have been able to start my business without my father’s help.  He would say, “I’m going to invest in Tracey Buyce Photography because I believe in you and I love you.”

My dad has called me “Pooh Buyce” and “Puddin’ Buyce” since I was a little girl and still does….

Dad:  “Your support and encouragement means the world to me, as do you.  I love you always…”

Pete is such a great husband, he’s kind, thoughtful, funny, patient, sincere, generous, and just plain amazing! I woke up this morning to a big bouquet of flowers and a super sweet card.  Pete is a huge Deadliest Catch fan, so tonight we feast on king crab!

Every year I look forward to going to my family’s lodge in Lake Pleasant, NY.  The lodge is filled with taxidermy, Adirondack mementos of days past and  family history.  The  view from the porch that makes me smile every time.  Here are a few images from this past weekend.
