Some of my dog images are featured in the April issue of Dog Fancy. Congrats to The Shepherds and The Sutton families for having their dogs featured!
Be sure to pick a copy of Saratoga Today’s, Enchanted Wedding issue, one of my images is on the cover, as well as several inside. Congrats to all my 2010 couples that were featured. My parents wedding images are featured as well, talk about water works when I opened the magazine and saw them.

Happy Tuesday!
A few weeks ago, I went to Miraval in Arizona. This was my first time going on vacation by myself and I was little concerned about being lonely or bored. Boy was I wrong! Miraval is designed for individuals to get to know themselves better and get re-centered. It was truly a profound experience. I learned a lot about myself in those five days; from trusting myself more, to eating healthier. I climbed a 35 foot pole, stood up on a very small platform and then jumped ( don’t worry, I was harnessed)! Hence, trusting yourself and your capabilities. The food was ridiculous, so delicious and nutritious! Click here for the recipes: Miraval recipes.
But, what will stay with me most from this trip, is being mindful and living in the moment. My goal moving forward from this experience is to be more mindful and skillfully aware. I do not foresee this being an easy journey, but one that I am looking forward too!
I hiked into the desert to document my stay. Enjoy!
Much love, t.

These lil' jack rabbits are all over the desert...

Happy Thursday!
I love learning and in the world of photography, professional development is vital. I usually attend 2-3 private workshops per year. My first workshop of the year, was last week with David Beckstead. David Beckstead has been named on of the top 10 wedding photographers in the world. I learned a great deal about composition and finding light in challenging locations. Here is a sneak peek, this image was taken at Mohegan Sun in the middle of a crowded walkway!
I have many more images to blog, plus 3 weddings and a few portrait shoots. Needless to say, I am still very busy and looking forward sharing more images soon!
Have a great weekend!
Much love, t.
